We provide housing across three key areas, working alongside councils, referral organisations and support teams to house those who need it most.

Council & emergency placement

We work directly with the council accommodation team in Coventry. Whether someone is made homeless, single or a family, we provide immediate placement into our contracted HMOs or family homes.

Transitional housing

For single individuals stepping out of supported accommodation and moving toward independent living. We provide a stable, managed home as a stepping stone — external support workers may be involved, but we focus purely on providing quality housing. The goal is always a pathway to permanent residency.

We work with support agencies, social workers, registered social landlords and housing associations to place single individuals into transitional housing. Here's how it works.

Get in touch or submit a referral

Contact us directly or use the referral form via our covrooms.co.uk platform. We'll confirm availability and suitability within one working day.

We assess the housing need

We assess suitability for our transitional housing — single occupancy, managed HMO accommodation designed as a stepping stone toward independent living.

Placement & handover

Once placed, the individual moves into their own accommodation and begins living independently. Your role is complete — and theirs is just beginning.
